"I highly recommend Eric, we had him fix our garage door few months ago, recently we were having some issues with it. I called Eric on the weekend and he immediately answered the phone, and came within an hour to our place to fix it. I was extremely impressed about how responsive and thorough professional Eric is."

"Eric was able to help me out on a super cold Monday holiday recently. He was able to diagnose my issue and get my garage door working again. Price was fair and he was very good at providing some insight into things to keep an eye on moving forward. I'll definitely keep him on speed dial for whatever I run into next."
"Our technician Eric came on time gave a more fair price then we were previously quoted from another company and did the job quickly and thoroughly and now our door is working better then ever (even got rid of that annoying clicking noise we used to have)."
Quick answers before you call.
How much does commercial garage door service cost?
Commercial work runs $900-$15,000 depending on the job: a service call on a sectional or rolling steel door sits at the low end, and a new commercial door or opener with high-cycle springs sits at the top. Every commercial job gets an exact written quote after we see the door, its size, its opener and how often it cycles. There is no trip fee on a scheduled visit.
What kinds of commercial doors and openers do you service?
Sectional overhead doors, rolling steel doors and security grilles, dock and loading-bay doors, and the commercial openers that run them, including chain-hoist, jackshaft and trolley units. We also replace high-cycle spring systems, which are sized for the number of times a commercial door opens in a day rather than for a typical home.
Do you offer commercial maintenance contracts?
Yes. Property managers, warehouses and storage facilities can put their doors on a scheduled maintenance visit: inspection, lubrication, spring and cable checks, opener safety tests and adjustment, with any needed repair quoted in writing before it is done. The contract price depends on the number of doors and how hard they work, so it is quoted per site.
Can you schedule commercial work around our business hours?
Calls are answered 7am to 7pm, Monday to Sunday. Same-day service when the schedule allows. Outside these hours, leave a message for a call back first thing. Commercial visits are booked by appointment, and we work with your opening hours, loading schedule and tenants so a bay is out of service for as short a time as possible. For a door that will not close and leaves the building open, call rather than book online so we can assess the urgency.
